Liver diseases: abdominal enhancement CT can check liver diseases such as primary liver cancer, and it is also an important imaging examination to assist in the diagnosis of liver cancer. In enhanced CT, the arterial phase fills up quickly and shows obvious enhancement; the venous phase fades away quickly, which is clinically called “fast in, fast out”. If fast-in-fast-out occurs in abdominal enhanced CT, primary liver cancer can usually be diagnosed. 2. Kidney disease: Abdominal enhancement CT can also check kidney disease such as renal cysts, whose enhancement CT shows clear boundaries, single or multiple round low-density shadows without obvious enhancement. Abdominal enhancement CT is required to inject the contrast agent, do not do the barium meal examination of the gastrointestinal tract 1 week before the examination, fasting is required before the examination, there is serious liver and kidney function damage or allergic to the contrast agent or severe hyperthyroidism, patients are forbidden to do the enhancement of CT.
