Tissue Selecting Theraoy Stapler (TOUCHSTONE) touchstone for clinical use of disposable open-loop minimally invasive anorectal anastomosis. Ltd. is approved by FDA. It is suitable for patients with mixed hemorrhoids, internal hemorrhoids of stage II or higher, prolapsed rectum, and patients with poor mucosal retraction after PPH surgery. Our hospital started to perform surgery using TST on 6 hemorrhoid patients in October 2009, including 3 stage II, 1 stage III and 2 stage IV patients. Four were male and two were female. The operation was satisfactory and the procedure went smoothly with an average time of 25 minutes, and all were discharged cured after the operation with an average hospital stay of 3 days. One case felt pain after surgery, no medication was used, and stool control was as usual 1 week after surgery. No leakage of stool and liquid. Use experience: 1, easier than PPH operation, short time, less trauma and bleeding. 2, fast recovery, less trauma, easier recovery than PPH one week trauma. 3.Less postoperative complications and low chance of infection. 4.The price is equal to PPH. 5.
