How much do you know about baby sleep?

Babies are not born with sleep problems; sleep problems are almost always caused by adults. Sleep problems are difficult, but by no means insurmountable. Babies are commonly sleep deprived due to a lack of good sleep skills and sleep arrangements. Babies generally sleep too late. Babies are likely to wake up around 6:00 a.m. no matter how late they sleep, so to ensure the amount of sleep they get, they must be put to bed early. 10:00 is too late for babies. Babies’ sleep problems do not always heal themselves and are likely to get worse as they get older. Babies need help with their sleep, but not on their behalf. This can be helpful for a baby’s sense of security at a young age, but as babies grow and their needs become more complex, this kind of intimacy and response without delay can undermine their ability to learn and comfort themselves. If your baby is in a state of constant teasing and talking, he will have less quiet time on his own and be prone to ADHD problems when he grows up. It is necessary to give your baby space to think and solve his own problems and learn to self-soothe, and your mother also needs to let go of the problem appropriately, sometimes it is better to keep your distance in silence. When sleeping and breastfeeding are mixed together, breastfed babies may be more likely to have sleep problems, and night waking is never as simple as the baby needing comfort, the mother needs to be more careful to observe the baby’s signals. A baby who is loved by his family, who is held a lot and fed promptly, may be more likely to develop a sleep dependency. Learning early does not necessarily mean learning better. Sometimes you have to respect your baby’s watery growth stage, don’t advance too much, don’t teach too much, and try not to disturb your baby when he’s playing in his own way to protect his concentration. There is a difference between real excitement and excitement before bedtime, so pay attention to the distinction. Babies are more likely to show excitement when they are tired instead, which is the exact opposite of adults who are tired before bedtime. Don’t make the mistake of thinking that your baby is not sleepy; overtiredness is likely to grind sleep. The degree of difficulty in falling asleep is directly proportional to the degree of excitement before bedtime, and waking up or crying not long after falling asleep may also be too excited before bedtime leading to dreams. The baby’s nervous system is relatively fragile, so it is important to protect him from overexcitement, such as over-stimulating sound and light toys, cell phones, prolonged teasing, or throwing the baby up and catching him, etc. An adult has a limited amount of time to laugh in a day, and babies have little time to be awake, so it is difficult for them to withstand dramatic emotional changes. Parents should respect the baby’s needs, but more importantly, take the initiative, appropriate guidance, do not be completely led by the baby’s nose, which will eventually tend to make things out of control. Feeding solid food before bedtime will make your baby sleep better, wrong! Adding to the body’s digestive burden, and it can easily cause flatulence, gastroesophageal reflux and other problems. Less sleep during the day will make your baby sleep better at night, wrong! Excessive fatigue can make sleeping difficult. Prolonging your baby’s awake time for the sake of sleeping longer is wrong! This will make it difficult for him to calm down and sleep. Many new parents have to work late every day, and sometimes they postpone the baby’s bedtime in order to come home and see the baby, which can actually cause sleep problems for the baby. For adults there may not be too many changes for a few months, while the only constant in baby growth is that it changes every day, parents need to keep up to date with the information and knowledge base in order to keep pace.
