Chinese medicine also refers to this disease as “powder blemish”, “facial blister” or “wine spur”. 1, how to prevent acne 1, pay attention to facial cleanliness: commonly wash your face with warm water, because cold water is not easy to remove oil, hot water to promote sebum secretion, do not use irritating soap, sulfur soap has certain benefits for acne, do not use snow cream and other greasy cosmetics. 2, a reasonable diet: eat more vegetables and fruits, eat less fat, sugar and spicy and other stimulating foods, and keep the bowels open. 3, do not use your hands to squeeze the acne, so as not to cause pus inflammation, pus ulceration and absorption of the formation of scars and pigmentation, affecting the beauty.
