What is the self-screening method for osteoporosis

Osteoporosis is a systemic bone disease characterized by low bone mass and increased bone fragility due to damage to the bone microstructure, making it prone to fracture. It is a common but insidious disease, and patients have little awareness of the “quiet” treatment of osteoporosis, and are often aware of fragility fractures only after they occur, while the fundamental goal of osteoporosis prevention is to prevent fractures. Now we introduce an osteoporosis self-test questionnaire (from the International Osteoporosis Foundation): 1, whether the slightest collision or fall will hurt their bones 2, whether their parents have a slight collision or fall hip fracture 3, whether there are more than 3 months to take prednisone and other hormones 4, whether the height is lower than when young 5, whether a lot of alcohol 6, whether smoking more than 20 cigarettes a day 7, whether a lot of diarrhea 8, female: whether a lot of alcohol Whether or not you have frequent diarrhea 8. Women: whether or not you are menopausal before the age of 45 9. Women: whether or not you have had no menstruation for more than 12 consecutive months 10. Men: whether or not you suffer from impotence or lack of libido Any answer of “yes” to the above questions is considered positive. Prevention of osteoporosis must start in young adulthood, by cultivating a good lifestyle to store more bone mass when young, so that when the bone mass changes due to age, there will be sufficient capital to supply what is needed. In addition to getting more sunlight and eating more calcium-containing foods, such as milk, shrimp, kelp, and sesame paste, we must also insist on outdoor exercise, quit smoking and drinking, and regularly monitor bone density if possible.
