Sclerosing angiomatoid nodule of the spleen is a benign hemangioma disease. Sclerosing angiomatous nodule of the spleen (SANT) is actually a rare benign hemangiomatous disease based on imaging such as CT and postoperative pathologic findings, which indicates that a space-occupying lesion with single or multiple angiomatous nodular foci has been found in the patient’s spleen. The specific etiology of splenic sclerosing hemangiomatous nodules is not very clear, and it is thought to be related to EBV infection, systemic inflammation and other factors, the incidence of which is relatively low in China, but most of the patients can be recovered through surgical treatment, and attention should be paid to the regular review after the operation.
