How to control overeating?

  People with eating disorders who have binge eating symptoms are in great pain. While they want to control their diet and make themselves thinner, on the other hand, they cannot control their eating. The two extreme opposite behaviors make them suffer a lot, but they can’t do anything about it. Their own goal is to stop overeating. However, they do not know that overeating does not occur for no reason, but it is due to the patient’s dieting behavior and vomiting behavior (or induced diarrhea).  The body’s instinct to survive is not controlled by reason, and a strong urge to overeat arises. Vomiting or induced diarrhea behavior, eating because the body needs it, overeating is also due to previous dieting, vomiting or induced diarrhea makes the body still can not get food, like deliberately taking a bone to fight a hungry dog, and you do not give it, how can it not bite you. After overeating and throwing up, the body will crave food more strongly, leading to the next round of overeating more strongly. So, if you want to stop overeating, please stop dieting and vomiting inducing behavior first.  Advice for people with bulimic symptoms is: 1. Eat three meals a day regularly.  2. Stop vomiting or inducing diarrhea.
