It is good to have a strong will to improve oneself. Improving emotional intelligence requires a relatively long learning process, i.e., constantly getting to know oneself (including ability characteristics, personality, knowledge accumulation, etc.) in study, life, and work, constantly adjusting, controlling, and improving oneself, as well as constantly increasing one’s awareness of others, understanding and controlling the surrounding situation, and reacting in a way that is increasingly in line with objectivity and one’s own interests and desires. Therefore, for young people, emotional intelligence is formed gradually based on the continuous exercise of life and the maturity of the mind. However, there are still some aspects that need to be worked on, such as firm self-confidence, broad-mindedness, respect for others, and so on.
