Today we introduce three methods of self-testing anterior pelvic tilt: 1, standing or lying position, under normal circumstances, bilateral anterior superior iliac spine and pubic symphysis three points form an isosceles triangle, and in the same plane. If the anterior superior iliac spine is higher than the pubic symphysis by manual palpation, it indicates that there may be anterior pelvic tilt. 2, lying down, under normal circumstances, there should be a distance between the waist and the buttocks, the palm of the hand can just pass through, if more than a fist distance, there may be anterior pelvic tilt. 3.Standing position, press the hips and back against the wall. Under normal circumstances, the lumbar spine gap should be able to just fill the thickness of our palms. If the fist is placed between the lumbar spine and the wall easily through, it is possible that there is an anterior pelvic tilt. This method is a relatively simple assessment, if treatment is needed, it is recommended to further determine the treatment plan under the guidance of a professional physician, combined with positive and lateral pelvic X-rays and manual palpation.
