How should I treat bronchial tuberculosis?

Early diagnosis and early treatment. This is an important principle for all diseases, and bronchial tuberculosis is no exception. I have heard some doctors say, or patients refer to other doctors, that they should wait until TB is cured before treating bronchial TB, but this is not true. If you wait a few months for TB treatment before starting to treat bronchial TB, you have already missed the best time for treatment, and it is likely to be ineffective or impossible to change a bad situation, such as irreversible bronchial stenosis. 1. Systemic anti-tuberculosis treatment. This means taking anti-tuberculosis drugs and getting anti-tuberculosis injections. The course of treatment is at least one year, and at least four anti-TB drugs are taken for three months during the intensive period, followed by three drugs. 2. Nebulized treatment with anti-tuberculosis drugs. Mainly with amikacin and isoniazid. Bronchial tuberculosis that has been scarred stage is ineffective, so do not nebulize. 3.Bronchoscopic interventional treatment. The main methods are: intrabronchial injection of anti-TB drugs; biopsy forceps clamping to remove the lesions of bronchial tuberculosis; cryotherapy; for patients with bronchial stenosis, balloon dilation is used, and stents are placed for really severe large airway stenosis. These are the treatments that we have carried out that can be done.
