Common myeloproliferative diseases include myelodysplastic syndrome, acute myeloid leukemia, chronic granulocytic leukemia, etc. The blood routine may show abnormalities of white blood cells, hemoglobin, platelets and other indicators.
1. Myelodysplastic syndromes: blood routine may show one or more lineages of hematocrit, i.e., hemoglobin <100g/L, platelets <100×10^9/L, neutrophils <1.8×10^9/L, etc.
2. Acute leukemia: most patients have increased total leukocyte count, leukocyte count >10×10^9/L, a small portion of leukocyte count is normal or decreased, and some patients have thrombocytopenia.
3. Chronic granulocytic leukemia: the white blood cell count is obviously increased, often more than 20×10^9/L, neutrophil count is increased, eosinophils and basophils are increased. Platelets may be normal or increased, but they gradually decrease in advanced patients.
Myeloproliferative diseases are more, different diseases have different blood routine performance, specific diseases should be analyzed specifically, diagnosis and treatment should be carried out under the guidance of physicians.
