1. 3-5 days after the female partner’s menstrual period, make an appointment for hysterosalpingogram with iodine oil. 2.Male partner: routine semen examination (at least twice), mycoplasma, chlamydia, gonococcus. 3.Female partner: routine blood, blood type, liver and kidney function, two-to-one half, hepatitis C, HIV, RPR, TORCH (blood sampling is not related to menstrual cycle); endocrine check on day 2-3 of menstruation: FSH, LH, E2, PRL, P4, TSH, T; routine white belt, cervical cancer smear, mycoplasma, chlamydia, gonococcus. 4. Male: blood routine, blood type, liver and kidney function, two pairs of half, hepatitis C, HIV, RPR.
