Macroscopic liver cancer refers to a very large size of liver cancer with a diameter of more than 10cm. There are many causes of liver cancer, more commonly caused by hepatitis virus infection, such as hepatitis B virus, hepatitis A virus, hepatitis C virus infection, etc., which can easily lead to cirrhosis of the liver and even liver cancer. Also, liver cancer is related to alcohol consumption. If a patient drinks heavily and has a history of heavy alcohol consumption, it may lead to the progression of the disease and liver cancer may appear. Also, it may be related to the environment. After eating too much food infected by aflatoxin, it may lead to liver cancer. If it can be surgically curable, surgical resection should be the main treatment. If it cannot be surgically curable, other methods such as interventional therapy should be considered.
