The role of apples in disease control

  Apples are popular for their color, aroma, taste and rich nutrition, and recent studies have found that apples have a good effect in preventing and treating diseases.  Oxford University researchers found that eating 1 apple a day, the long-term effect, and taking 20mg of atorvastatin a day has the same effect of regulating blood lipids, the price difference is huge, apples have no side effects of liver and kidney function damage, has a strong edible, medicinal value.  Experts from Cornell University Nutrition Center found that eating 6, 3 and 1 apples per day have anti-tumor effects, and eating 6 apples has the strongest anti-tumor effect, eating 1 has the weakest effect, and the one with skin is obviously better than the one without skin.  Therefore, to prevent and cure diseases, eating 1 apple a day is beneficial to both tumor patients and healthy people.
