Female partner: eight items before blood transfusion, liver and kidney function, white belt routine, gonococcus, mycoplasma, chlamydia, cervical smear examination, tubal patency examination, initial ultrasound sheet. 2.Bring the following documents to the Reproductive Medicine Center to build a file: outpatient medical records, ID card of both spouses, marriage certificate, original certificate of not having children or birth certificate and photocopies. 3.Sign the informed consent form, the attending doctor will determine the treatment plan and start the treatment, do not stop taking the medication at will during the treatment period, and carry out follicle monitoring according to the time informed by the attending doctor. 4.Artificial insemination treatment cycle, the female party about the 8th day of menstruation arranged male sperm discharge once. 5.On the day of IUI treatment, both spouses will attend the clinic together, the male partner will be handed over to the laboratory for processing after sperm retrieval, the female partner will rest flat on her back for 10 minutes after the procedure and can go home by herself. 6.After the artificial insemination treatment, take fetus preservation drugs according to the doctor’s prescription and avoid heavy physical activities. If the result is positive, continue the fertility preservation treatment; if the result is negative, stop the fertility preservation drugs and wait for the next treatment after the menstruation. 7. For pregnant patients, the Center for Reproductive Medicine will follow up with them by telephone after 30 days of pregnancy, 3 months of pregnancy and delivery.
