Hepatitis B vaccination is currently the most critical measure to prevent and control the hepatitis B epidemic in China. 1. Generally, people who are fully negative for hepatitis B should be vaccinated, but there is no obvious significance of vaccination against hepatitis B if they are hepatitis B patients or carriers. 2. Generally, the following groups of people can be vaccinated: newborns, people in close contact with hepatitis B virus-infected persons, family members of hepatitis B patients or carriers, medical workers, homosexuals, drug addicts, and people who have long-term contact with or handle blood. 3. Place of vaccination: Generally, the local health epidemic prevention department. 4.Vaccination procedure: Nowadays, the 0, 1 and 6 months vaccination procedure is commonly used, that is, the first injection is given first, the second injection is given after one month, and the third injection is given after 6 months. 5.The sign of successful immunization is the protective antibody (i.e. HBsAb) produced. The protective antibodies (i.e. HBsAb) produced have a certain time limit (if the immunization is successful, the protective antibodies can last for 12 years) and may gradually decrease over time. Some people have unsuccessful vaccination after completing 3 doses of vaccination, so the hepatitis B two-pair half should be retested 1 to 2 months after the full vaccination.
