For cervical cancer screening, the first step is of course cytology + HPV testing. When performing cytology, the following issues should be noted: (1) Do not participate in cervical cancer screening during menstruation; (2) Do not have intercourse within 24 hours before cervical cancer screening; (3) Do not perform vaginal douching or vaginal medication 24 hours before cervical cancer screening; (4) If vaginitis is in an acute stage or there is a lot of leukorrhea, it is best to wait until the inflammation is under control before undergoing screening; (5) Patients with senile cervico-vaginitis (5) Patients with age-related cervico-vaginitis should preferably be screened after 1-2 weeks of estrogen preparations.
