How is postural tremor due to tremor evidence diagnosed?

Tremor that occurs only when the limb is maintained in a certain position is called postural tremor, most commonly when the upper limb is flat and extended. Tremor is often suppressed during active movement, intensified during emotional stress, and disappears during complete rest and sleep. Tremor is a common cause of postural tremor and is not difficult to diagnose. Tremor, also known as vibration off, tremor, and tremor, is a condition in which shaking and trembling of the head or limbs are the main clinical manifestations. In mild cases, there is only head shaking or slight trembling of the hands and feet, while in severe cases, there is a great movement of the head shaking, or even spasmodic twisting-like movements, trembling of the two hands and upper and lower limbs, or a combination of strong collar, limbs detention. In Western medicine, certain extravertebral diseases cause involuntary movements such as tremor palsy, chorea, and bradykinesia. The pathogenesis of tremor is due to dietary disorders, emotional injuries, long-term alcoholism and excessive strain. The location of tremor is in the tendons, and it is closely related to the liver, spleen and kidney. The basic pathological mechanism is the internal movement of liver and wind and the loss of nourishment of the tendons and veins, and the nature of the pathology is always deficient at the root and real at the symptoms. The pathological evolution of the disease is the deficiency of vital energy and the difficulty in recovering from the accumulation of damage, resulting in a disease that is difficult to be cured. The diagnosis of tremor is based on: 1. trembling and shaking of the head and limbs, often uncontrollable, and in severe cases, even more than trembling, with strong and urgent limbs. 2, often accompanied by stupid movements, reduced activity, sweating and salivation, slow speech, restlessness and sleeplessness, dullness and other symptoms. 3. It occurs mostly in middle-aged and elderly people, and generally has an insidious onset, gradually worsens, and cannot be relieved by itself.
