Knee pain can be treated as follows: 1. Physical therapy. Microwave physiotherapy or far-infrared physiotherapy can be used to relieve knee pain. 2. Oral medication. Knee pain is often accompanied by osteoarthritis or synovitis, so you can take oral anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving drugs such as meloxicam, celecoxib, and loxoprofen sodium tablets. 3. Intra-articular injections can be performed. If the knee joint pain caused by osteoarthritis or synovitis causes pain, then you can inject sodium vitreous acid into the joint cavity for treatment, which can provide some relief to the knee joint pain. If none of the above treatments are effective for knee pain, an exploratory knee arthroscopy can be performed.
