Preventive measures ① Keep away from wind and cold: Blowing cold wind and being stimulated by cold water are the most common pathogenic factors. Therefore, avoid direct blowing of air conditioners and fans. Outdoor riding, bathing and drinking should also be careful not to let the wind blow directly on the head and face.  ② Pay attention to rest: During the prevention and treatment of facial palsy, you should pay attention to rest to ensure sufficient sleep, avoid watching TV and computer, and avoid various mental stimulation and excessive fatigue to facilitate the recovery of the disease.  ③Psychological stress reduction: when facing pressure from work, study, social life, family life and other aspects, you should learn to self-adapt to confide in, listen to music, travel, appropriate exercise, etc.  ④Appropriate exercise: in the morning and evening, according to their own situation, choose some suitable sports.
