Laparoscopic resection of smaller adrenal masses (less than 2 cm in diameter) has been widely used, but the application of laparoscopic treatment of large adrenal masses requires a very experienced surgeon and is more difficult. Recently, we have performed several cases of laparoscopic adrenal mass resection with no significant increase in surgical incision and minimally invasive solution to the patient’s pain.
