The main symptoms of breast cancer
1.Lumps
Lumps are the first symptoms of 95% of breast cancer patients. Most of the lumps are single, but rarely multiple lumps are seen, with round, oval or irregular shape. The texture is usually hard and the boundary is unclear. Individuals with medullary carcinoma have a softer texture and clearer borders. Most of them are found in the upper outer quadrant, and the masses increase rapidly and may have mobility in the early stage.
2.Skin changes

Inflammatory breast cancer patients may have a large area of chest skin with dark color, hard nodules and thickening, mixed with cancerous plaques and ulcers in armored chest wall. 4. Nipple overflow
Breast cancer with overflow accounts for 1.3-7% of all breast cancers, and it is mostly seen in intraductal and papillary cancers. 5.Pain

6. Enlarged axillary lymph nodes
As the first symptom of breast cancer, it is rare (except for occult breast cancer). Most of them indicate the progression of breast cancer and need to exclude the metastasis of other malignant tumors in upper limbs, shoulder and back, and chest.
