The period of 40-60 years old is an important time in the life of our women when they mature in their studies, work and career. However, due to the atrophy of ovaries, decrease in the number of follicles and aging, changes in the synthesis of sex hormones, neuroendocrine disorders, and decline in immune function, irresistible physiological changes occur, as well as atrophy of the mucous membrane of the genitourinary system, abnormalities in cardiovascular function and bone metabolism, causing changes in psychological status, psychoneurological symptoms such as irritability, anxiety, depression, insomnia, hot flashes, flushing, chilliness, night sweats, and other vascular and diastolic symptoms. Cardiovascular symptoms such as diastolic dysregulation and palpitations and chest tightness are collectively referred to as menopausal syndrome. About 80% of women in this transitional period are confused by this series of mild or severe symptoms. The symptoms of menopausal syndrome are complex and variable, with 10% of women showing symptoms of low estrogen. The pathological changes involve the neuroendocrine, immune, cardiovascular, genitourinary and skeletal systems of the body, resulting in cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis and dementia-related diseases, and in severe cases, exogenous sex hormone replacement.
