Xia Ku Chuan Bei Boiled Rabbit Composition: Xia Ku Cao 30 grams, Chuan Bei 10 grams, rabbit meat 250 grams.  How to use: Crush Sichuan mussels. Wrap Xia Gu Cao and Chuan Bei in cloth. Xia Ku Cao is hard and cold in nature and enters the liver and gallbladder meridian, with the effect of clearing liver and relieving depression, dispelling phlegm and dispersing knots. Chuanbei is bitter-sweet and cool, enters the lung meridian, has the efficacy of dispersing phlegm and knots Rabbit is sweet and cool, the meat tastes fresh and tender, enters the liver and large intestine meridian, has the efficacy of cooling the blood and detoxifying, tonifying the middle and benefiting the qi.  2, snow fungus coix rice field chicken soup Composition: snow fungus 15 grams, 60 grams of coix rice, field chicken 250 grams.  Method: Soak the snow fungus in water, wash and pick the coic rice, remove the skin and intestines of the chicken. Add the above three things together with water and cook, oil and salt and taste, drink soup or meal.  Effects: Clearing heat and nourishing Yin, removing phlegm and dispersing knots.  Indications: Malignant lymphoma seen with bitter mouth and yellow drowning, lump inflammation and heat, or malignant lymphoma in radiation therapy with dry mouth and dry throat.  Snow fungus is white fungus, sweet and mild in nature: rich in plant polysaccharides and polysaccharide proteins, trace elements, etc., which has the effect of nourishing the stomach, nourishing the body, nourishing Yin and moistening the lungs. Coix rice is coix seeds, sweet, light and cool, entering the spleen, lung and kidney meridians, with the effect of strengthening the spleen and dispelling dampness, clearing heat and draining pus.
