Problems to be noted after cervical cancer surgery

  Do I need adjuvant therapy after cervical cancer surgery?  If there are some high risk factors for recurrence of cervical cancer, such as lymph node metastasis, parametrial invasion, deep interstitial involvement, vascular involvement, etc., adjuvant radiotherapy or simultaneous radiotherapy is required after surgery.  Do I need lifelong review after cervical cancer surgery? What should be checked and how often?  Cervical cancer is a malignant tumor and needs to be reviewed regularly throughout life, so that in case of tumor recurrence, it can be detected as early as possible and have a chance for timely treatment. The frequency of review is usually once every 3 months within 2 years after surgery, once every 6 months from 2 years to 5 years after surgery, and once every 1 year after 5 years. Of course, it is important to note that any discomfort in the middle should be seen at any time, and there is no need to wait until the next review time to check.  What should be done if cervical cancer recurs after surgery?  If cervical cancer recurs after surgery, a comprehensive examination should be performed to assess the location, number and relationship with surrounding organs of the recurring tumor, and decide the next treatment plan in combination with previous treatment.
