Understanding the immune system

In 1928, antibiotics were born and we claimed to the world that we could control all infectious diseases. But we did not expect that antibiotics would bring a host of diseases to humans. In the past, medical professionals believed that viruses and bacteria created the diseases. But modern research has found that 10% of patients infected with the Ebola virus do not die from the disease because they have resistance in their bodies; similarly, 30% of patients with tuberculosis do not develop severe symptoms and recover on their own. Scientists recognize that the development of tuberculosis depends on the autoimmune system; with AIDS, 5 percent of people do not develop the disease even 5 or even 10 years after infection. In various promotional materials, HIV is mentioned, but I have not seen experimental proof on any medical reports that HIV creates AIDS. The lab reports we have seen say that all AIDS patients have HIV in their bodies. These two meanings are completely different.
Let me give you a common example: there is a pile of garbage here, and where there is garbage there are naturally flies, but that does not mean that it is the flies that make the garbage. In the past, we thought the flies were the cause of the disease, and then we quickly invented a chemical weapon to eliminate the flies; after killing the flies, mosquitoes came out of the garbage, and we quickly eliminated the mosquitoes; after that, cockroaches came out of the garbage, and after killing the cockroaches, rats came out of the garbage, and in short, it is never-ending. Because the real reason is not the flies and mosquitoes, but the garbage. The key to getting healthy is to get rid of the garbage. That’s why scientists are now beginning to study basic immunology.
The immune system involves a highly complex interaction between countless cells, special substances and organs. It is in a constant state of readiness to prevent disease and knows exactly when, where and how to take appropriate action to destroy invading substances without harming other cells in the body. No drug can replace the immune system, which is inherent in the human body and has both defensive and repair functions.
  Understanding our immune system
The most important function of the immune system is to remove all kinds of waste from the body. For example, red blood cells have a lifespan of 120 days, after which they die and become garbage, which needs to be removed by the immune system.
The second most important function is to defend against diseases. Scientists believe that the immune function is a key to get healthy. When the garbage produces mosquitoes, mosquitoes will fly around, but if there is no garbage, it can not breed on. In other words, if a virus, bacteria or something dirty invades the body, it has no way to reproduce if the person’s resistance is strong.
I was invited to one of the largest medical research institutes in the United States. While discussing with scientists, a unified conclusion was reached that 99% of all diseases are related to immune system dysregulation. Of course there are diseases that are not related to immune system disorders, such as genetic and hereditary diseases. In the past, we did not pay so much attention to immunology and always thought that chemical drugs were more effective in curing diseases. Some people may say, if the immune system is so strong, why do we need chemicals? In fact, the immune system itself is very strong, but it is the side effects of chemicals that make the immune system function less well. I did cancer research for 10 years and saw many patients who were declared by their doctors to have only two or three weeks to live, come back to us after a few years and, wonderfully, we could no longer find any cancer cells. This disease that cannot be cured by drugs is cured by our own immune system, which proves that autoimmunity is stronger than chemicals.
In the past, we didn’t recognize that the side effects of chemicals could be that great. Nowadays, the American Medical Association has to warn all medical professionals that it is not the doctor’s responsibility to prescribe medication, but his duty to instruct, to tell the patient what function the medication will have when it enters the body and what side effects it will bring. 90% of colds are caused by viruses, but people are often used to asking their doctors for antibiotics that have only antibacterial effects. That’s why the American Medical Association issued a notice that doctors are not allowed to prescribe antibiotics to patients unless they have done laboratory tests to confirm that their colds are caused by bacteria. Doctors who violate this rule may be disbarred from practicing medicine.
According to U.S. medical statistics, 9.6 million people in the United States must be hospitalized every year because of chemical drugs; 28,000 people die of heart disease every year because of a heart drug; 3,300 people die every year because of arthritis drugs (and it turns out that people can’t think of any relationship between arthritis and death); 163,000 people suffer from memory loss in the brain due to side effects of drugs every year; and 38,000 people get Alzheimer’s disease; and 28,000 people have osteoporosis due to drugs. All in all, this statistic is still very conservative, there are many hospitals not included in the survey, and the actual situation will only be more serious.
Looking at the immune system from a microscopic point of view, the own immune system is like an army, which has air force, navy and army soldiers of all kinds, and once an enemy invades the body, it will destroy it.
Several of the most important organs in the immune system
The bone marrow produces all types of blood cells. The cells that are produced from the bone marrow are sent to the thymus gland.
The thymus gland is like a training camp. As a child, it is easy to have an enlarged thymus gland because you have not trained enough troops. As a person grows up, the thymus gland slowly shrinks, but that does not mean that it is no longer functional.
The tonsils are also part of the immune system and should not be cut off lightly.
The spleen contains many V cells, which produce various types of antibodies. When a person gets a cold or a child gets a vaccination, the spleen swells slightly. This is a natural phenomenon, as it is desperately trying to generate weapons to defend itself against foreign enemies.
The lymph acts as a filter to concentrate all the enemies and then the immune cells will destroy them. Therefore, the lymph will be hard to touch when you have a cold, which means that the immune system in the body is fighting a war, and after the cold is over, it will naturally soften down.
The appendix is a very important part of the immune system, fighting off all kinds of infections in the lower abdomen.
The white blood cells in the blood are all immune cells. White blood cells are divided into two categories, the first is called T-cells and the other is called V-cells. v-cells function in producing various antibodies, and this is equivalent to weapons, bullets in the army. When there is a war, there are dead soldiers, and it is necessary to remove the dead cells. This relies on a group of cells trained by our thymus.
Research on the “kiss of death”
In my research on cancer, I have not found any drugs, chemotherapy, or electrotherapy that can actually cure cancer. Chemotherapy is only ** with a success rate of about 1%, and the drugs used as chemotherapy cannot identify which cells are cancer cells and which cells are good cells in the body. So I finally gave up on these chemicals and turned to a cell in the immune system known as the “kiss of death”. When this cell touches a cancer cell, the cancer cell breaks up and is destroyed.
Immunology is a very young science, and it is a science to be studied. There is no chemical that can replace the immune system, and no chemical can be used to stimulate the immune system or it may cause various side effects. Since chemicals cannot be used to boost the immune system, we have to rely on “nutrition”.
Immune organs are vital to the body Immunology is a new discipline. In the United States, I was one of the first immunologists, before that no one studied immunology at all, and the knowledge of immunity was limited to vaccines. But today immunology has become a very important discipline. For example, before 1960, we didn’t even know the function of the thymus gland and thought it was a useless organ. According to a later follow-up survey, this article is from the “Social Watch” public number, revealing the truth you do not know, please search and follow the WeChat public number shhgch All people with destroyed thymus glands have cancer, because they lost the most important immune organ; now many people think the tonsils are useless, so they cut it. Some people have their appendix cut off by the way when they have surgery, thinking that they can prevent appendicitis. But did you know? The appendix is filled with immune cells and is able to fight all types of infections. If someone thinks they can prevent disease by removing certain organs, can they prevent heart disease by cutting out their heart? In fact, you only have 24 hours to live if your immune system is not working.
  Nutrition comes from whole foods
When it comes to nutrition, everyone’s definition of nutrition is different. I have a very close girlfriend who gives her son two eggs, two chicken thighs, and two glasses of milk every day and gets very anxious if he doesn’t eat all of these things. I asked her why she was giving her child so much meat. She said that because her child was not well, when others had a cold, he had a cold, and when others had a cough, he had a cough. I said to her that meat does not mean nutrition. When people eat a lot of meat, hormones are produced in the body and the whole immune system goes down. In the United States, there used to be a food pyramid scale in elementary schools that classified the most important nutrition as meat and milk products, and today, that scale has been banned. Studies have found that this teaching has led to a steady rise in all kinds of cancers and heart disease in the United States today.
On the issue of milk. Cow’s milk and human milk are completely different proteins. Humans can only digest 50% of cow’s milk protein and digest and absorb 90% of mother’s milk protein. Some people get stomach pains when they drink cow’s milk, but not when they drink mother’s milk, because the protein is different. A calf is born at about 90 pounds and grows to about 1,000 pounds two years later; a human is born at 8 pounds and grows to more than 100 pounds in a decade. In other words, we belong to different species and need different nutrition. Milk contains a lot of hormones, which stimulate calves to grow quickly, but this hormone goes inside the child’s body and produces different effects. Studies have now shown that milk can prevent the development of a child’s brain
A question about coffee. Two kinds of coffee, one without caffeine and one with, which one is better to drink? Do not drink more caffeinated coffee because it will accelerate the stimulation of the central nervous system, and there are also experimental reports that it will create wrinkles; but the coffee without caffeine should not be drunk, because the extraction of caffeine from coffee requires a chemical, and this drug is a carcinogenic drug, the U.S. Department of Health has banned the use of. So, the problem is not that caffeine is good or bad, but that it is how it is extracted. In the same way, we are not saying that vitamins are bad, but the key is how they are extracted.
The relationship between vitamins and nutrition
The Finnish government has done one of the world’s largest vitamin experiments, arguably a more impartial experiment, funded by $43 million, a total of 29,000 people participated in the subjects, up to 5-8 years. Divided into two groups, one group of people who smoked, let them eat vitamin A and vitamin E every day; the other group of people did not eat anything. After five or eight years, the group that took vitamin A and vitamin E had an 18% higher rate of cancer deaths than the other group. More importantly, the people who ate vitamin E had heart disease and died of heart disease 50% higher than the other group. It was a real shame when the scientists heard this news. All along, all scientific researchers inside small experiments have come to the conclusion that vitamin E prevents hardening of blood vessels and heart disease, so why would such a large experiment come to an opposite conclusion?
The U.S. Department of Health study showed that when vitamin C is present in the whole such as oranges, it is known as an antioxidant and can prevent heart disease and cancer. When vitamin C leaves oranges, it can create hundreds of millions of free radicals, which conversely can cause heart disease and cancer. For that matter, I take it very simply. I believe that oranges are naturally occurring, vitamin C is man-made, and man-made cannot be better than natural. We simply do not have the ability to create an orange or a tomato out of it. The tomato contains more than 10,000 nutrients, and we don’t even know what these nutrients are yet, so where does the wisdom and power come from to say to the public that the most important thing in it is the vitamin? That’s why a complete food represents true nutrition.
The U.S. Department of Health wants to classify all vitamin products as drugs and not allow people to buy them freely in the market. Taking vitamins improperly can have many side effects. There are more than 30,000 children in the United States that have been poisoned by taking vitamins. When children take too much vitamins, the iron in their blood rises and they are more likely to get cancer; too much vitamin E can cause arthritis; too much vitamin D can cause damage to liver function.
Conclusion: It takes a year for a person’s immune system to return to normal after chemotherapy, but if given more nutritious plants, the immune system returns to normal after 6 months. A series of studies have reported that the immune system and plant nutrition are inseparable.
People don’t get health in a day, and the same goes for diseases. It is also hard to get cancer. There must be more than 100 kinds of errors in the human body to produce one cancer cell. Our life is like a small tree that needs to be carefully watered and cared for in order to thrive. Here, I address three important conclusions.
First, nutrition. A complete plant, of many kinds, represents nutrition. People are healthier if they prefer fruits and vegetables and eat less meat. The United States now promotes veggie burgers for this reason.
Second, maintain a very calm mood. Because once there is stress or angry, nervous, within half an hour the body’s immune function will decline.
Third, proper exercise and rest. Very intense exercise is absolutely no good for the body. The Olympic mode of exercise is an expression of self-sacrifice. Proper rest, the immune system will be a little weaker during the day, and only do repair work at night time. For example, if two students are playing sports and reading, and one is sleeping, and someone is coughing next to them, which one is likely to get infected? Of course, the student who is playing sports and studying.
