Symptoms of active lupus nephritis

Patients with active lupus nephritis mainly have the following clinical symptoms: i. Skin erythema, commonly on the face. II. photosensitivity, with a marked reaction to sunlight, which can be manifested by a rash. Oral ulcers, which can be observed in the oral cavity or nasopharynx, are usually painless. Arthritis, which may involve two or more peripheral joints, with pressure pain, swelling, or fluid accumulation in the joint cavity. V. Plasmacytitis, where the patient presents with pleurisy or pericarditis. Sixth, renal lesions, urinary routine can be manifested as positive urine protein or hematuria, and patients can have edema.
