What is the difference between nasal mucosal erosion and bleeding in children and leukaemia nosebleeds?

Nasal bleeding in children with leukaemia is mostly caused by low platelet count and coagulation dysfunction. It is characterised by oozing of blood from the nasal mucosa and bleeding from the nasal cavity, which can be more or less and cannot be easily stopped by itself. In contrast, nasal mucous membrane bleeding is caused by dry air, nose digging, inflammation, etc. This kind of nasal bleeding can easily stop on its own, and this can be distinguished.
