What medication should I use for my child with nasal mucosa erosion?

Children with nasal mucosal erosion can be treated at home with warm saline or a very low concentration of light saline, which can be gently scrubbed with a cotton swab or applied as a wet compress.
After cleaning the wound, you can dip a cotton swab into a suitable amount of vegetable oil or erythromycin ointment and apply it to the erosion surface to relieve the symptoms, but note that erythromycin ointment should not be used frequently for a long time to avoid drug resistance. If the condition is more serious or if the redness, swelling and pain of the wound surface worsen after using the medicine, you should go to the hospital for examination and treatment and follow the medical advice.
