Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a broad definition of autism based on the core symptoms of typical autism, which includes both typical and atypical autism, as well as Asperger’s syndrome, borderline autism, and autistic suspicion. Autism, also known as autism, is a congenital mental disorder with a significant difference in prevalence between males and females, with a prevalence ratio of 6 to 9:1 in China. The core symptoms of typical autism are the so-called “triad”. The main symptoms are: (1) social communication deficits: lack of communication or communication skills with others, lack of secure attachment with parents, etc.; (2) language communication deficits: delayed language development, or regression of language after normal language development, or lack of communicative nature of language; (3) repetitive stereotyped behaviors. Atypical autism does not have deficits in all three of the aforementioned areas, but only in one or two of them.
