If the size of the cyst is within 5 cm and the tumor marker CA-125 is normal, it can be reviewed regularly for three months. If the cyst is larger or more than 5 cm, some patients can show abdominal pain, dysmenorrhea, infertility and frequent urination.  Therefore, gynecological cysts can be asymptomatic or may have different symptoms depending on the growth of cysts in different parts of the body and the size of the cysts.
