Half of the patients often feel that the testicles are heavy, sometimes they feel a pulling sensation in the scrotum or lower abdomen or groin, which is obvious when jumping or running, and the local symptoms are aggravated after standing for a long time or exerting oneself, accompanied by a falling sensation or mild pain, and the pain can be aggravated when touched or squeezed by chance. This is one of the hazards of testicular cancer. Some patients often have symptoms similar to acute orchitis or epididymitis, and after anti-inflammatory treatment, although the inflammation has been controlled, there is a lump that does not disappear, so they should be alert to the possibility of testicular tumor. The initial symptoms of very few patients with testicular malignant tumor are often caused by tumor metastasis. For example, the metastatic lymph nodes in the abdominal cavity fuse into a mass to compress the neighboring tissues and abdominal nerve plexus, which causes pain in the abdomen and the back of the back, and may be accompanied by symptoms of gastrointestinal obstruction, or cough, shortness of breath and sputum blood due to lung metastasis. This is also the harm of testicular cancer. 3.If the patient is a cryptorchid, when the ectopic testis becomes malignant, a gradually increasing mass will appear in the pelvis or inguinal area, and the ipsilateral testis will be found to be absent during physical examination. Testicular tumors can sometimes occur bilaterally or sequentially. Testicular tumors may occasionally cause symptoms of endocrine disorders, mostly in patients with trophoblastic, mesenchymal cell and embryonal carcinomas, and manifest as gynecomastia, precocious puberty or feminization.
