Facial acne is a prevalent disease in many young people. In mild cases, it can be controlled by early topical application of some medications. In severe cases, early treatment with appropriate internal and external medications can avoid sequelae such as scarring or hyperpigmentation or erythema. However, in some cases, laser treatment is recommended if the patient has already been left with redness, or if the effect of medication is poor and affects the appearance. Laser treatment is divided into two types: photorejuvenation and 585nm pulsed fuel laser. 585nm laser is recommended for erythema with inflammatory papules and small cysts, while photorejuvenation is recommended for erythema with pigmentation.
