Can I have children with scoliosis? How to achieve early detection and treatment?

Can a patient with scoliosis get pregnant and have a baby? The answer to the question of whether a patient with scoliosis can get pregnant and have children is clear: a patient with scoliosis can get pregnant and have children, and for a patient with mild to moderate scoliosis, it does not affect her ability to get pregnant and have children. What about patients who need surgical treatment? You can also get pregnant and have a baby after surgery. I have had many patients who had surgery at the age of 13 or 14, and now after 10 or even 10 years, they are pregnant and have children, and all of them are very smart and beautiful! How can scoliosis be detected and treated early? If the child is in the fetal stage, the abnormalities of the vertebral body can be detected by ultrasound or fetal MRI. What about after birth, during infancy and early childhood? We should always pay attention to the shape of the child’s crest. For example, if the back is flat, if the shoulders are the same height, and if the head is tilted to one side, we can initially determine if the child has scoliosis through these symptoms. If the child has these symptoms, he needs to come to the hospital to take x-rays to further confirm the diagnosis.
