Directions to prevent liver cancer

When I was studying at school, the teacher asked me in class “What is the cause of liver cancer?” . So my brain kicked into gear, and after a surgery, some doctors were chatting, “Hey, you’re a liver cancer specialist, so what are the causes of liver cancer?” I replied, “The causes of different tumors are different, for example, liver cancer is related to viral infections such as hepatitis B and C, and many congenital genetic traits. However, there are some common causes of tumors. For example, water, food and environmental pollution, long-term fatigue and excessive psychological stress may destroy the body’s immune system and finally lead to the development of tumors”. ”So will removing these factors reduce the incidence of tumors?” ”I think it will. Although a person’s immunity is very strong and it can protect us from diseases, but most always it has a limit of tolerance and cannot block the occurrence of tumors. In turn, if these harmful factors are reduced and the immune system is restored, will the occurrence of tumors not be reduced?” Therefore, while vigorously carrying out medical research, we should focus on our surroundings and form a consensus that efforts to reduce environmental pollution and avoid bad habits (such as staying up all night) will reduce the occurrence of tumors, which is also a very important measure to promote social progress and save social resources.
