Thyroid nodules are a relatively common type of thyroid disease in clinical practice. Thyroid nodules are graded according to imaging methods and are generally classified as grades 1-5, with the severity increasing as the grade gradually rises. Most thyroid nodules of grade 5 or so are malignant, and the chance of malignant transformation should be more than 80%. For such thyroid nodules rated as grade 5, try to take a puncture biopsy for pathology or direct surgical removal treatment.
