How to regulate Yin deficiency

Adverse effects of Sha Shen Mai Dong Tang is not clear, external cough and spleen and stomach cold (spleen and stomach weakness and cold) should not be used. 4. Kidney Yin deficiency: mainly manifested as soreness and weakness of waist and knees (the feeling of soreness and weakness of waist and knees), heartburn and heat, hot flashes (a burst of heat), night sweating, zygomatic redness (the color of cheeks and zygomatic bones is red), red tongue with little moss, and fine pulse, etc., which can be adjusted with Zuo Gui Wan. Adverse effects of Zuo Gui Wan are not known, and it is contraindicated in pregnant women and children.
