Qi deficiency constitution and its health care

  Qi deficiency physical characteristics: short of breath and lazy speech, lack of energy, easy fatigue, sometimes sweating, dizziness and forgetfulness, yellowish or pale face, less eyes, less colorful lips, light red tongue, fat and tender, may have teeth marks.  Physical features: muscles are flabby and insubstantial.  Psychological characteristics: introverted and unadventurous.  Susceptibility to disease: susceptible to colds, sagging internal organs, etc.; slow recovery from illness.  Adaptability to the external environment: intolerant to wind, cold, heat and moisture.
