If intrahepatic bile duct stones are found and fibrosis and atrophy of the liver segment are combined, surgery can be considered. We can remove the diseased liver segment and try to remove the stones to improve the bile drainage. 3.If cancer occurs on the basis of bile duct dilatation, the treatment plan should be determined according to the treatment principles of liver malignancy. 4.If extrahepatic bile duct stones are combined, the bile duct drainage can be ensured while removing the stones.
