How to cure acne on forehead

  Acne is a disease of young people. The high incidence of the disease is between the ages of 11 and 30. Eating spicy food, staying up late, drinking little water and having dry stools are the triggering factors. Sometimes acne can be seen to worsen during exams. Or eating spicy food and having a pimple breakout the next day.  The pimples can get up quickly, but not so fast to go down. Many young girls get pimples on their foreheads, and the more bangs they have, the heavier the pimples, probably related to the friction between the hair and the skin.  Antibiotic creams such as fusidic acid or clindamycin gel are recommended once during the day for pimples on the forehead. Adapalene cream is used once at night. The latter can remove acne, but it is irritating and may cause redness and scaling after a few days of use, at which point it needs to be suspended for a week. Repair your skin with some repairing moisturizing lotion or collagen mask. Try not to wear very long bangs, the hairs irritate the skin and may aggravate the folliculitis. You can use some cleanser to clean the skin. The acne on forehead can be removed with acne squeezer, but you need to go to a regular hospital to do it properly and sterilize it.
