There are many first-line drugs available for hepatocellular carcinoma chemotherapy, mainly platinum plus 5-FU drugs in combination, or 5-FU drugs alone. Interventional embolization chemotherapy is commonly used after hepatic artery puncture and local injection of drugs, such as lopressor plus retitrexed, oxaliplatin plus human retitrexed, etc. Intravenous chemotherapy with oxaliplatin plus 5-FU, calcium folinic acid or oxaliplatin plus lopressor are the more commonly used chemotherapy drugs of choice. Single agent oral chemotherapy can be chosen, such as tegeo single agent oral or capecitabine single agent oral can also be chosen. The chemotherapy regimen for hepatocellular carcinoma patients is recommended to be administered under the guidance of medical oncologists.
