Liver function child classification

  Clinically, cirrhosis is roughly divided into compensated and decompensated stages, and the boundary of the second stage is very difficult to delineate. In addition, the condition of patients in the decompensated stage varies considerably.  Child-Pugh classification: Child-Pugh classifies the different degrees of serum bilirubin, ascites, serum albumin concentration, prothrombin time and hepatic encephalopathy into three levels of scoring, which are divided into A, B and C levels according to the number of scores. It has important reference value for guiding treatment, prognosis and drug efficacy.  Child Pugh classification: A grade 5-6 points, B grade 7-9 points, C grade 10-15 points A grade surgical risk is small B grade surgical risk is moderate C grade poor prognosis, surgical risk is large
