How long can you live with advanced liver cancer?

  The survival time of patients with advanced liver cancer is usually 3-6 months or may be more than one year, there are certain individual differences, which need to be determined on a case-by-case basis.  Advanced liver cancer may have multiple metastases and the treatment effect is poor, and patients are less suitable for surgical treatment. Patients with advanced stage often have symptoms such as liver pain, abnormal bleeding, loss of appetite, emaciation, weakness of limbs and fever, etc. Complications such as gastrointestinal bleeding and liver and kidney failure may also occur in the later stage. The survival time of advanced liver cancer is relatively short, and most patients may survive for less than half a year, but there are a small number of patients who may achieve better results with active treatment and their survival period will be relatively longer.  In addition, patients with advanced liver cancer need a quiet and comfortable environment, maintain a good state of mind, don’t give up and follow the doctor’s advice to do symptomatic treatment in order to reduce pain and improve life quality.
