How long after liver tumor interventional surgery for follow-up examination

Response: If liver function has not been checked or has not returned to normal when discharged from the hospital after interventional surgery, the liver function is usually checked again about 1 week after discharge in order to decide whether liver preservation therapy (especially intravenous medication) is needed. If the lesion is not active, MRI will be checked every 2-3 months, and of course, ultrasound can be used in between!
