What is done for ovarian examination

  The ovaries are an important reproductive organ in women and are prone to organic and functional pathologies. Because of different requirements the items examined are different.  1. To check the morphology of the ovaries and the presence of ovarian cysts and tumors, vaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound can be done. Ultrasound examination can help to understand the location, size, shape, cystic or solid nature of the mass and whether there are papillae inside the cyst. The diagnosis rate is high.  2. If you suspect premature ovarian failure due to irregular menstruation or amenorrhea, you need to check the functional status of the ovaries, and you can have a venous blood test for sex hormone 6.  3.The ovarian tumor markers such as serum CA-125, serum AFP, serum HCG and sex hormones can be tested by drawing peripheral venous blood to determine the benignity and malignancy of ovarian masses.  4. Laparoscopic examination can directly observe the ovarian condition and extract the peritoneal fluid for cytological examination.  Women should pay attention to the maintenance of the ovaries, reasonable diet, do not over diet to lose weight, proper exercise, regular rest and rest, do not stay up late to slow down the aging of the organs, and maintain an optimistic and cheerful attitude.
