How to treat restless leg syndrome

Lorazepam and clonazepam can also be used and have been shown to be effective in some patients. For patients with secondary restless legs syndrome, the primary disease should be treated first. Usually, the diet should be light, strengthen nutrition, supplement vitamins, eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, and avoid spicy and stimulating foods.  If the effect of taking western medicine is not good, you can also consider using Chinese herbal medicine for treatment. You can choose some herbal medicines that activate blood circulation and eliminate blood stasis, dispel wind and fix pain, which can well relieve the pain caused by restless leg syndrome.
