Nephrotic nephrotic syndrome, with both clinical features of nephrotic syndrome, namely massive proteinuria 24h urine protein quantification >3.5g, hypoalbuminemia, plasma albumin concentration below 30g/L, with or without significant edema and hyperlipidemia, is seen in various glomerulonephritis or various causes of nephrotic syndrome. In addition, nephritic syndrome is characterized by hematuria, either visual or microscopic, with varying degrees of proteinuria, with or without edema, mostly combined with hypertension, ranging from mild to moderate to severe, combined with renal insufficiency or transient azotemia, seen in various primary and secondary glomerular diseases and tubulointerstitial diseases.
