What is nephritic nephrotic syndrome

The traditional view divides nephrotic syndrome into nephrotic nephrotic syndrome and nephritic nephrotic syndrome. Nephrotic nephrotic syndrome must meet the diagnostic criteria for nephrotic syndrome, which are a 24-hour urine protein quantification of more than 3.5 g and a blood albumin of less than 30 g/L, along with varying degrees of edema and hyperlipidemia. In nephritic nephrotic syndrome, there should be an increase in blood pressure and even hematuria, either visual or microscopic, and renal insufficiency, and the proteinuria is non-selective. The pathological types of nephritic nephrotic syndrome are mainly thylakoid proliferative glomerulonephritis, membranous nephropathy and focal segmental glomerulosclerosis, which are not sensitive to hormonal therapy and have a relatively poor prognosis, but require aggressive urinary protein-lowering therapy.
