Artificial insemination is divided into artificial insemination with husband (AIH) and artificial insemination with donor (AID). The prerequisite is that the woman’s fallopian tubes are open and ovulation is normal, therefore, before artificial insemination is performed, the woman is required to provide the report of iodine oil ionography and endocrine examination. Indications for artificial insemination: ① male infertility due to oligospermia, weak sperm, liquefaction abnormalities, sexual dysfunction, genital abnormalities, etc.; ② cervical factor infertility; ③ genital tract abnormalities and psychological factors that cause infertility such as inability to have intercourse; ④ immune infertility.
