Kidney essence deficiency is due to kidney yang deficiency or kidney yin deficiency

According to the theory of Chinese medicine, Kidney Essence Deficiency belongs to an independent type of Chinese medicine, neither belonging to Kidney Yang Deficiency nor Kidney Yin Deficiency.
1. Kidney essence deficiency refers to the loss of kidney essence, brain and bone marrow, which is mainly manifested by growth retardation in children, low fertility function in adults and premature aging in adults. This syndrome is a separate syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine and is neither a kidney yin deficiency nor a kidney yang deficiency.
2. Kidney yin deficiency refers to the deficiency of kidney yin, loss of nourishment, internal disturbance of deficiency heat, with lumbar soreness and pain, spermatorrhea, dizziness, tinnitus, heart-heat (heat in the hearts of the hands and feet, and self-consciousness of heart-heat), hot flashes and night sweating (abnormal sweating after going to sleep, and stopping of sweating after waking up) as the main manifestations of this syndrome.
3. Kidney Yang Deficiency refers to the deficiency of kidney yang and loss of warmth in the body, with soreness and weakness of the waist and knees, decreased libido, nocturnal urination, and lack of warmth in the limbs as the main manifestations of the syndrome.
Patients with kidney essence deficiency are advised to go to regular hospitals for consultation and treatment under the guidance of professional physicians who can identify the evidence.
